In 2013, Boyner Büyük Mağazılık A.Ş. became the single holder of 100% of the shares of YKM Giyim ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. and YKM Pazarlama A.Ş. by purchasing the remaining shares of YKM and its trademark rights.
